Integrate 2026 wrap-up

Integrate has become the moment the Australian AV Industry checks its own pulse - integrators, consultants, IT leaders, end users, manufacturers and distributors, all on the one floor to see the latest products and technology in action.

This year, the appetite was obvious on the ground: stand tour bookings ran ahead of previous years, and the JBL Listening Lounge sessions booked solid for three days.

Between the two stands, the red carpet walkway carried its own kind of traffic – less a thoroughfare, more a place people congregated between demonstrations, where a fair few of the week’s best conversations happened.

We're grateful for the support we get year after year, and for everyone who takes the time to stop, chat and share what they're working on. A special thank you to our international partners who joined us this week from HARMAN Professional Solutions, Bettear, AUDIOropa and Philips Professional Displays.

BSS OMNI is no longer just a DSP conversation

BSS announced the expanded direction for OMNI at InfoComm 2026 - a unified audio, video and control platform, with AVX Suite sitting over the top as the common software layer across all three.

For the first time in Australia, MadisonAV debuts the latest additions, including the OMNI 600, 300 and 200 series and OMNI Touch Panels. Explore the range with The Tech Effect and Rob Norton, HARMAN Professional.

OMNI AV-over-IP Solutions

OMNI AVoIP options include three product ranges — the OMNI 600, 300, and 200 Series – each engineered to address specific AV application requirements. Together, they form a powerful AV-over-IP ecosystem capable of supporting everything from high-performance, ultra-low latency video, to bandwidth-efficient streaming and long-distance USB device connectivity.

Across the entire OMNI AVoIP product family, integrators benefit from powerful system features including Dante audio networking, enterprise-grade network security, a standby mode for energy savings, system deployment and management through AVX Suite, and open APIs for third-party control. Intuitive Control & User Experience, Powered by OMNI

OMNI User Interfaces bring spaces to life with intuitive, beautifully designed control experiences. From sleek, app-driven touch panels to elegant, easy-to-use keypads, the portfolio empowers users to interact with technology effortlessly and confidently. JBL Control 400 Series - Designed for the Installer

Mark Skehan sat down with Saben Shawhan on The Tech Effect to walk through the Control 400 series, zeroing in on the detail easy to miss in a ceiling speaker: the most expensive part of a bad one is rarely the unit itself, it's the callback.

The mechanical changes — stronger hardware, cleaner cable entry, fewer small parts to lose on site — are aimed squarely at the labour cost that comes from cheap failures, not the spec sheet. Plus, better coverage consistency means some jobs get done with fewer speakers and a better result, the kind of improvement that doesn't shout for attention but shows up on the quote.

JBL SRX 900 overview

The SRX900's multisource design got a walkthrough with The Tech Effect, where Rodney Houston took Mark Skehan through the range. The pitch that came through: one powered family able to move between wedge, fill and PA duties without feeling like a compromise in any of them — with Venue Synthesis handling system design and JBL Performance covering control and tuning once it's live. In stock and ready to ship - find out more.

Hearing Augmentation Solutions with Bettear & AUDIOropa

This corner of the stand didn't have a quiet moment across the three days — constant foot traffic from the first morning to the last, and for good reason. As the exclusive distributor of Bettear and AUDIORopa, MadisonAV has the category covered from every angle - RF, IR, Loop and Auracast broadcast.

Bettear showed the depth of thinking that goes into a system beyond the standard itself - the connection experience, management infrastructure, and the deployment logic that decides whether a system gets used daily or gets forgotten about after commissioning. POD and RTX GO were previewed on the stand ahead of general availability.

AUDIOropa brought a sneak peek of the Proline Series Auracast line, shown alongside the RF, IR and loop technologies the brand is already known for.

Philips Signage 7000 Series

The Philips 7050P sits inside the Signage 7000 Series, spanning 43, 50, 55 and 65-inch models built to the same spec: 500 nits brightness, an 11.5mm bezel, and a depth as slim as 28.5mm (30mm on the 65-inch), ideal for retail, corporate, hospitality and food and beverage installs.

Running on a professional Android 16 SoC with a 3.0 TOPS neural processing unit on board, the range is built for AI-capable applications without extra hardware bolted on, and takes native Android apps installed directly rather than routed through a separate media player. It also joins PPDS' Philips Wave-compatible display line-up, putting fleet management and remote control in one platform regardless of how many panels or sites are involved.

Adaptable Audio for your Large Spaces

Most conferencing microphone arrays are built around a fixed pickup zone — strong coverage directly under the unit, a steep drop-off past it. Add a standing presenter, a whiteboard session on the far wall, or a room bigger than the original spec anticipated, and the fix is usually more hardware, not smarter coverage.

The Nureva HDX and HDL series solve it differently.
Find out how.

Most PTZ cameras are built to disappear into a room

On an industrial floor, that's the opposite of what's needed.
The Move 4K 20X in red is the same core camera as the standard model — same optics, same output — finished so it's identifiable at a glance on a factory floor, and just as easy to plug into AI-based monitoring systems that need to find it fast.

One Interface, Every Camera Function

Camera control interfaces tend to bury the features operators actually need behind menus built for engineers, not the person running the show. Horizon strips that back — a browser-based workspace with point-and-click positioning, AI auto-tracking and auto-framing, and waveform, RGB parade and vectorscope monitoring, all from one screen. Horizon Hub extends the same simplicity to the desktop, adding device discovery and firmware management across every PTZOptics camera on the network.

One cable, no compromise with Icron

USB-C has become the connector everyone assumes will just reach — until the run is longer than a metre and the video signal drops out with it. The Icron Arbutus 63301 extends USB-C over a single cable, carrying USB 3.2 Gen 1 and DisplayPort Alt Mode together, hubless, up to 100 metres over CAT 6a. One cable in, one cable out, with enough power delivery to run the device on the other end.

Dante

As the exclusive Australian source for the complete Audinate range, covering Dante AVIO Adapters, Dante Domain Manager and Dante Virtual Soundcard - hardware and software from one supplier, one account.

Studio Technologies

Covering broadcast intercom, IFB and audio-over-IP solutions — leading audio and broadcast infrastructure.

Netgear AV

NETGEAR's ProAV range, covering AV switches, wireless access points and pro routers — networking infrastructure built for AV traffic.
