Freight Policy and Delivery Charges on Standard Orders


Orders over $1,000 (excluding GST) are delivered free of charge to a single address in all Metro and Regional locations.

A delivery fee of $35 (excluding GST) applies to orders under $1,000, delivered to a single address in Metro and Regional areas.

Note: Exceptions apply to Display Panel orders. See details below for full policy on Display Panels.

Additional charges may apply for Rural locations and non-trade account customers.

Freight Policy and Delivery Charges on Display Panels


Metro Deliveries – NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA

  • Free Standard delivery on orders over $1,000 (ex GST).

  • Exceptions apply to Yealink Meeting Boards — please contact your MadisonAV Account Manager for details.

  • Tailgate Delivery: If a forklift is not available at the delivery location, a $100 (ex GST) tailgate fee will apply for metro deliveries per consignment.

  • Special delivery - Charges apply please see Non - Standard Delivery service below.

Note: MadisonAV defines Metro areas by postcode.

Outside Metro Deliveries (Regional and Rural Areas)

Freight charges apply for all Regional and Rural locations.

  • Delivery postcode

  • If a tailgate delivery is required or if a forklift is available on site?

  • Any special delivery requirements ie any manual handling, 1–2-man delivery or special delivery time slots

Standard Delivery Service

  • Ground floor, Business-to-Business (B2B) delivery during standard business hours.

  • Delivery via road express service.

  • Forklift assumed to be on-site for unloading.

Non - Standard Delivery Service

The following are not included in standard delivery services and will incur extra costs, please email details to sales@madisonav.com.au for a quote prior to placing your order. Additional time will be required to organise non-standards deliveries and is likely to extend the delivery timeframe.  

  • Air freight

  • Tailgate delivery due to no forklift at delivery location

  • 1 or 2-person team hand unload

  • Scheduled delivery time slots

  • Deliveries above ground floor

  • Unpacking and rubbish removal

  • Assembly or installation

  • Same-day deliveries

  • Large project freight

  • Sites with limited or restricted access

  • Manual pallet breakdown

If a delivery fails due to missing delivery arrangements, a redelivery fee will apply.


Products Damaged in Transit


When receiving deliveries from MadisonAV, any items with obvious damage to the external packaging should not be accepted from the courier or freight company. It should be returned to their depot for an investigation to take place.

If an item is discovered to be damaged inside undamaged external packaging, please contact the MadisonAV Support Team within seven (7) days of receiving the item. We will then investigate to see what (if any) support can be provided. Failure to provide sufficient information immediately as requested, will result in a request being rejected. Information you will be required to present includes photographs or video from all sides of the external and internal packaging as well as the damaged item.

MadisonAV works closely with our logistic partners to minimise damage between our distribution facilities and your nominated shipping address. Once items are accepted, the purchaser holds all responsibility for the item(s).
