We provide warranty repair services to customers who have purchased products directly from MadisonAV. We also provide warranty services to resellers who have purchased HARMAN Professional products from CMI Music. All other customers should contact their place of purchase for assistance.
We can provide non-warranty repairs to all customers however, the item will need to be shipped to our Repair Centre in Brisbane at the customer’s cost. You can also use a local electronics repairer of your choice. MadisonAV cannot provide recommendations on local repairers.

We provide support to our network of authorised partners who offer sales, service and assistance to our valued end users. Once you are approved to access our online Technical Support Portal you can raise technical support cases, search our articles for solutions, request a product repair or return, and check warranty status for items purchased from MadisonAV.
