I need help with a product. Can I contact MadisonAV for support?

MadisonAV provide technical support on products purchased directly from us. Resellers who have purchased HARMAN Professional products from CMI Music may also Contact Us or trade account holders can use our Support Portal. All other customers should contact their place of purchase for help.

Can I have my product repaired under warranty?

We provide warranty repair services to customers who have purchased products directly from MadisonAV. We also provide warranty services to resellers who have purchased HARMAN Professional products from CMI Music. All other customers should contact their place of purchase for assistance.

My product is out of warranty. Can I get it repaired?

We can provide non-warranty repairs to all customers however, the item will need to be shipped to our Repair Centre in Brisbane at the customer’s cost. You can also use a local electronics repairer of your choice. MadisonAV cannot provide recommendations on local repairers.

Can I purchase spare parts from MadisonAV?

Yes. Trade account holders should use our Support Portal detailed below. All other customers can make inquiries using our Contact Us form.
