BSS BLU-50v2

The BSS BLU-50v2 is a compact and versatile digital signal processor (DSP) from the Soundweb London BLU series.

It features a robust hardware design with comprehensive audio processing capabilities, including matrix mixing, EQ, dynamics processing, and delay. The BLU-50v2 is equipped with configurable analog and digital audio I/O, offering flexibility for various installation scenarios. It integrates seamlessly into Harman's HiQnet™ ecosystem, enabling easy system configuration, monitoring, and control.

The BLU-50v2 is well-suited for applications requiring efficient audio processing and distribution, such as conference rooms, theatres, and hospitality venues, where compact size and reliable performance are essential.

  • Circuit board layout changes for improved BLU link performance
  • Upgraded ADC and DAC for matched performance with all BLU-10x series devices
  • New PoE power adaptor for improved compatibility with the following PoE standards:
    PoE+ (Type 2)
    PoE++ (Type 3)
    PoE++ (Type 4)
  • Redesigned 12vDC power circuit with improved allowed voltage range from 11.5 to 48vDC
  • Enhanced thermal management for use in higher ambient temperature environments

BSS BLU-100

The Soundweb London BLU-100 is a fixed configuration DSP processor with 12 inputs and 8 outputs, featuring configurable signal processing and a fault-tolerant digital audio bus.

It supports a 48-channel digital audio bus using standard Category 5e cabling and integrates with other Soundweb London devices for expanded channel capacity. Analog inputs offer software-configurable gain and phantom power per channel, with front panel LED indicators for status monitoring.

The BLU-100 supports GPIO integration, controlled via HiQnet™ London Architect, facilitating seamless system customisation and integration with third-party control systems using the Soundweb London Interface Kit.
